WHY IS MY ORDER STILL AT CUSTOMS?

WE USUALLY ESTIMATE INTERNATIONAL PARCELS TO ARRIVE WITHIN 15 WORKING DAYS OF THE DISPATCH DATE, HOWEVER, VERY OCCASIONALLY INTERNATIONAL PARCELS CAN EXPERIENCE UNFORESEEN DELAYS IN TRANSIT, OFTEN AT INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING CENTRES DURING BUSY PERIODS, OR AT CUSTOMS. SADLY THE LENGTH OF TIME IT TAKES A PARCEL TO GO THROUGH CUSTOMS IN ANY GIVEN COUNTRY IS UNFORTUNATELY SOMETHING THAT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

IT IS POSSIBLE THAT YOUR PARCEL HAS NOT YET BEEN CLEARED FROM CUSTOMS BECAUSE DUTIES AND TAXES NEED TO BE PAID TO RELEASE YOUR PARCEL. IF ANY IMPORT FEES DO NEED TO BE PAID, YOU SHOULD BE CONTACTED BY YOUR LOCAL COURIER WHO WILL INFORM YOU OF THESE DUTIES AND TAXES IN ADVANCE OF DELIVERY. WE RECOMMEND LOOKING TO SEE IF YOU HAVE HAD AN EMAIL OR A NOTE LEFT IN YOUR MAILBOX FROM YOUR LOCAL COURIER OR GOVERNING BODY OUTLINING ANY OUTSTANDING FEES THAT NEED TO BE PAID. IF THIS IS NOT THE CASE, WE ALSO RECOMMEND CONTACTING YOUR LOCAL COURIER WITH YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO SEE IF YOU NEED TO GIVE THEM ANY FURTHER INFORMATION TO HELP CLEAR YOUR PARCEL FROM CUSTOMS.
